(Remote – Ghana – Accra)

Our MSP company is looking for an experienced Remote IT Support Engineer with proven technical experience and outstanding customer service skills to provide support for our clients.

Job Description

Technicians are expected to have meticulous attention to detail, outstanding problem-solving skills, work comfortably under pressure and provide white-glove service to our clients. Our culture is focused on learning, teamwork, and helping others.


The ideal profile looks like the following:

  • Professional and expert communicator — email, phone and Video conference
  • Patience when dealing with clients who have only a basic technological understanding
  • Goes above and beyond to make clients happy
  • High-energy, proactive self-starter who will thrive in a startup environment
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing Cloud-based networking, Windows servers and workstations, Firewalls, Exchange server and Active Directory.
  • Strong hands-on experience supporting Windows 10/11, Mac OSX
  • Strong experience with DNS, VPN, DHCP, WINS.
  • Hands-on experience with Cyber Security
  • Excellent high-level troubleshooting, attention-to-detail, organization, communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to efficiently multi-task, adapt and stay calm under pressure to any changes or client emergencies.
  • Experience working for an MSP (Managed Service Provider) company.


  • Microsoft Server & Cloud based Azure or AWS
  • Active Directory, Group Policy & User Profile Management
  • MS Exchange, MS Office / 365
  • Networking/Switching hardware: VLANS, Routing, Switching
  • Networking Protocols – TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Firewall
  • Cyber Security (Hacks & Viruses)
  • Advanced education in related IT field

Additional Skills Required:

  • Strong consulting and communication skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills
  • Strong ability to work in a team-based environment
  • Ability to be a self-starter and possess good time management skills
  • Minimum 6 months-12 months of IT support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and analyzing experience with windows system or network support environment
  • 6 months- 12 months of Customer Service
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced technical support or MSP environment is a plus
