Xacent Global is looking for a dynamic Independent Sales Development Representative for the UAE with a demonstrated track record of success. This commissioned sales position is responsible for executing the business development strategy to obtain new relationships that translate into revenue growth and expand services within existing clients.
We are not your average agency. We’re remote first, with team members in Canada, Ghana, Jamaica, and USA. We’re recruiting for a remote role anywhere in the world, and have clients from 3 different continents.

- Good analytical skills in determining customers’ needs and offering solutions
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of digital and social campaigns is especially useful.
- Prospecting and identification of key accounts.
- Arrange Zoom meetings with prospective clients
- Identifying and establishing relationships
- Creating brand awareness
- Developing in-depth knowledge and expertise with regard to all Xacent Global Services
- Delivering professional service through consultative sales
- Responding to the marketplace by providing value through being a knowledgeable rep with quick follow up
- Develop and maintain relationships with an assigned customer base, including key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction with our services always
- Monitor sales trends and product performance results
- Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field
Location: Position is remote (Canada, USA, UAE)
*** Commission based pay average annual commission earned $115K ***
This is an Independent, 1099, based position.
